Katyusha Report From Yoni Lipshutz of Simply Tsfat

From Yoni Lipshutz of Simply Tsfat:

Well, here it is 1st hand, my 8 children are definitly scared, a katyusha landed about 100 feet from our house and broke most of the neighbors windows. When it exploded I jumped up from a sound sleep and ordered everyone into our 100 year old empty water cistern. All our neighbors have left Tsfat for Shabbos. We are staying, although 2 daughters and my grand daughter went to Betar. A katyusha landed in the courtyard of another neighbor. We past the night with much angst listening to the katyushas fall on Mount Meron. All morning we have been listing to the katyushas fall in the distance.

Please daven for ALL Am Yisroel!!!

It's one thing to read something like this on the news, another to hear a first hand account of it.

I am praying for Yoni, his family, and all of Israel during these difficult days.

May Hashem protect His people in His land! I can't imagine what they must be going through... I’m constantly being mechazk myself: Yeshuas Hashem Keheref Ayin!

It’s interesting to note that it’s been exactly a year since the Sharon ordered pull-out from the settlements. Coincidence?

Can the word "coincidence" exist for a chassid?

I spoke with Binyomin Roysenberg. He said people in Tfas spend time in bunkers and shelters. Bomibing is heared periodically all the time.

It is very good that you pray for the Israeli people who are tangled up in this mess but why dont you pray for the scores of people being killed daily in your name?Im an outsider.I have no connections with either group and it looks to me that Israel are as evil as the Nazis. If not worse.

Anonymous: Your comment shows that you have no knowledge of current Israeli situation nor rescent history. The Natzis used to murder and torture people just because of their race (I don't know if you're an African American, but if you are, you would've been dead meat had you showed up in Germany in the 1940's. Same goes for Jews as is well known). The Israeli army only acts in self defence. We have nothing against arabs who don't threaten our lives (there are plenty of arabs walking around Israeli cities and no one lifts a finger on them). And yes, when there's a war, unfortunatelly innocent people die on both sides, but somehow the Jews are always blamed for it.

Anonymous: there is a difference between killing and murder. So if someone is running after you about to murder you, you have the perfect ethical and moral right to kill him. Get it?
