In the 1970s, I recall driving around Northern VA in the summer with no AC in the car, helping mom with errands, consuming many of those. So I would say yes.

HaKiruv: I tried to make a distinction between things that come straight from Hashem like rain or snow and things where man uses ingredients that come from Hashem and responded "It comes from a machine. But Hashem gave man the ability to make the ingredients that go into the Slurpee."

He is only 3 and I am not sure if he understood....
